in two months you can put about 5 or more. Depends on your work out. Go heavy next time you work out. Ask a guy in your gym to spot you with your free weights. After you're working out, chug down a protein shake with at least 32 grams of protein. Work your legs too. Large muscles stimulate the production of testosterone which helps muscle grow. Good luck. PS: most important ingredient...discipline....really.

One can gain approx. 10lbs of pure muscle in a YEAR.
