okay so put a picture of someone with a nice (healthy) body (or someone you think is really pretty) in your room...or wherever you can see...and look at it before you work out and remind yourself, "this is why i'm working out...because i want to have a body like that."

i don't know if it makes any sense. but its worked for me. okay, i'll tell you a secret....i look at Shakira's poster before working out. you can laugh at me if you want, but hey it has worked for me very well. hope this helps.

Listen, if you lose any more weight I am afraid you will disappear! But, exercise is always a good idea, so here's what you do. Get your mp3 player loaded with about 1 1/2 hours of your favorite @SS kicking music. Use the music as your motivator, and as a time guide. When the last song is over, so is the workout.

Remember this though - you're beautiful just as you are! So, don't do it for somebody else - DO IT FOR YOU!!!! You are all that matters.

Now, plug in those ear buds, press play, and tear it up!!!!!

2 years in the past i began an extreme workout consultation software which protected a drastic change in my eating routine. On day one I weighed myself and took distinctive measurements, I also took a percentof myself on the first day. I placed the percentin a niche i'd see it widely used. each 4 weeks I took yet another percentand placed it next to the previous one. in the course of the first 4 months of this technique I under no circumstances weighed myself, the %. inspired me because i might want to fairly see the ameliorations happening. I also depending my progression on the way my clothing in high quality condition. I chosen to stay faraway from the size for one reason, If i'd have weighed myself on sometime and again the subsequent and spoke of an improve of a few pounds, i comprehend for a shown truth that would want to spoil my motivation because i'd be centred on the variety on the size. keep in recommendations the former saying, " a image says 1000 words " good success!

Seriously, if that is you in that picture....the best way to motivate your self is looking on a mirror! You want to lose all that?? ;) don't think so. This is what I do. I tell my self that I'm going to look better and better every time I work out. That way you are just going to feel pressured o work out as much as possible. Take your iPod to the gym, but keep the volume down...I bet half the people in my gym are going def because of that. Good luck with that. PS: eat well too, so you don't have to worry that much about working out everyday.

Maybe you could find another person to go with, such as one of your friends. Also, if you feel good about how much progress you made in the 3 weeks, then it should be enough motivation for you to keep going. As for me, I just look at myself in the mirror every day and it gives me motivation to keep working out so that I can look good.

You have to find the motivation from within or you will never stick with it. I can tell you for myself I feel better when I workout. If you get use to doing it all the time pretty soon it will part of your life and not such a chore. Most of all just as Nike says JUST DO IT!!!!

This might sound really superficial, but if you look at examples of body shapes that you dislike, and ones that you strive for, it will give you something tangible to shoot for.

Also when you go to a gym enough you'll start to see the regulars there and will end up making friends there. I know I had the same problem initially when I switched gyms to one that was closer to my apartment.

What also helps is if you get in something organized requiring a schedule, like a class (pilates, yoga) because you'll know ahead of time that on such and such date and such and such time you need to go to your class, it will give you more motivation then say okay its wednesday its time to go to the gym.

Find another workout buddy or check yourself in a mirror, and don't be afraid to step on a scale. The reward of looking great should keep you motivated.

*Join a gym so that you'll feel the pressure to get your money's worth.
*Get a great book or some great music on your mp3 player and make a deal with yourself that the only time you'll listen to it is if you're working out.
*Find another workout buddy.
*Learn to love your own company (for me, working out alone is a great way to get some alone time).
*Buy something new that's in a short-term goal size. Hang it where you can see it, like right with your workout clothing.

Partners are always nice, but at the end of the day, YOU are responsible for your own health. Get dressed and go to the gym alone. Instead of having someone to talk to, get yourself an iPod and use the time to think. Don't sacrifice your weight loss and future hot body!!!! You're doing so well.
