As long as the formula is KMR and not anything else her dietary needs will be met. However, she may not take it because she does not like the bottle... Be persistant. Also, a trip to the vet is mandated at this point. Runny eyes and nose are the signs of a URI... An upper respiratory infection. Much like our common cold. However, a common cold in a human baby is a bad thing. They (URI) usually self regulate, but in some cases, they can be serious and tricky to cure. There are seven known causes for them... One being Bordetella, kennel cough.. Something common in shelter cats or outdoor cats. If one in the litter, including mom, has it, they will all get it. It is VERY contagious. The worst cause is from a feline version of HIV. Same scenario as in humans. Immunodeficiency well cause a host of infections... Word of advice, bring mom with you... If mamma cat has none of these bad kitty cat diseases, most likely baby cat doesn't either. Kittens usually need 16 weeks with their mom before they are ready to be seperated... In the wild it may be different, but house cats seem to take longer to socialize and learn what they need to learn to be independent.

I agree, take her to a vet, immediately.
There are a number of things it could be, including a respiratory infection. And yes, she is too little to be weaned. If her mama can't or won't feed her, she may need to be fed with a gastric tube if she won't take the bottle. If so, the vet will show you how to do it. I'm not saying that will absolutely happen but the point is, either way, you need to know now. She's too little to go long without medication and certainly, without food. I'd try to give her little bits of water, even if she doesn't seem to be taking it. You don't want her to get dehydrated before you get her to the vet.
Good luck, my thoughts are with you.

Make sure what you're feeding her is KMR - Kitten Milk Replacement - get it at any Petco or such.....she's very young....need to feed every 2 hours or so - also....this is VITAL - you must use a damp cloth after feeding to stimulate her urine and bowels so she'll "go" this is what her mother would do - otherwise you'll lose her!!! Also...after feeding and a good do-do...use a warm cloth and gently give a wipe all over....like Mom would with her tongue....If you don't see a marked improvement in a few hours....see the Vet!! I've raised many many kitties from day one.....hope this helps!

If she is only 6 weks and already week, you can't wait any longer, they dehydrate and deteriorate very quickly. Is the mother yours, or did you get the kitten from elsewhere? was the mother vaccinated????????????????????? If not, the kitten has no immunity, so could be cat flu. Where an animal's health is at stake, the vet should always be the first and immediate port of call.

Take her to the vet immeadiately! She probably has a respiratory infection. The vet will put her on antibiotics. Make sure that she is somewhere comfortable tonight and take her to the vet ASAP tomorrow. If you are using kitten formula the best brand is KMR.

Sounds like she may have an upper respiratory infection....very common in kittens. However also very dangerous. Kittens are so tiny they will dehydrate and pass away in no time at all. Please take him to the vet a.s.a.p. If he is weak and not moving taking him now! If he still is moving and active you should be able to wait till morning. Good luck!

I would get her to the vet. Sounds like a respiratory infection. A strong round of antibiotics will help and there is this stuff you can get from the vet called Nutri-cal. It has all the vitamins etc. necessary to live. It is used for animals that wont eat as they should.
