It all depends what room you are talking about, but with the sky blue walls, I would do bone white silk side drapes. With the green colored walls, go with a creamy beige silk drape. Fortunoffs NY and J.C. Penney have silk side drapes or valances. They are georgeous.

I have dark blue curtains paired with my sky blue walls. But I love the two-tone look. For green, JC Penney has these white curtains with little flower appliques on it. just enough color.

Almost any pastel would look nice. Pale lavender is worth a try. White is always good.
As for green, it really depends on the shade of green. If it is a clear green, white would be lovely. If it is a warm green, off-white would be good.
With either, you could use a print with that color in it.

If you want to lighten up the room go with white or soft tan. To darken use navy with the sky blue and Forrest green or Burgundy with the green
