I don't think that you need to name a foodbank something catchy. People will completely understand what the word foodbank will mean when they see that on that on the sign.
This is something that the community needs and BRAVO for you to start something like this. I hope that it works out well for you and that you get the necessary funding that is sometimes required to get that started.
