I have a system that everytime u open micro soft word a document opens with it. u can manualy delete but when u reopen a blank document it reopens.
I tried to uninstall office and reinstall it. I have tried to do a restore thru windows. The document has been removed from the system but still opens.
Can someone help me stop this.

Delete NORMAL.DOT in MS Word's directory
That should fix it.
