i have been 3 years with my gf she loves me to dead i have been sleeping with her alot of times in the last 3 years and i think about another women when i have it with her, i love her too but i feel guilty. how do you handle this ?

Everyone fantasizes now and again about other people when they're having sex. Get over it, it doesn't mean anything, especially since you said that you love her. It just means that your normal. Your fine move on.
