I want to look better and feel better and i dont want to be overwieght any more. I want to be able to go into any store and be able to buy a pair of jeans. I am 5'6 1/2" and wegh 180. help me.

jumping jackshurdles
danceing

No Liqur
eat about 1100 calories a day
eat fruits and vegetables daily
eat alot of protein

exercise daily
cut the calories
no liquor
really focus on the weight loss
do not get on the scale for 10 days
that will be the underiming
