I want to redecorate my bedroom as a beach or fantasy theme without spending a fortune. Any ideas?

Hopefully I can help. Make sure that the entire room is a neutral color like a nice tan or a soft blue ( sky and sand). Find the exact color that you want and got to Home Depot. You can get a gallon for like $20. Walmart has nice house stuff. You can get rugs that look like beach mats, now beach umbrellas are back in stores.

Also, there's paint markers so if you know any one with skills, they could draw a beach scene. For your bed, you can get blankets that look like towels and you can get little sea shells and crab stuffed animals stuff from the dollar store.

Never doubt the thrift store either sometimes they have nice stuff, just clean it up a bit. Shopping for little things online work too.String lights would be nice too like Christmas lights or some accent string lights from Five Below.

Oh yeah and fantasy- when i read that I imagined a pale green or pale blue room with white sheets, or blue based blankets with moon and star/sun designed sheets and blankets. Moons and stars all around the room. Ooh and maybe unicorns if you really wanna go all out. The dollar store has those nice sticky moons and stars that glow in the dark you can stick them all around and when you turn out your light they'll be glowing.. Oh and of course, you can get little moon and star pillows and stuff from walmart. You can get some string night or motion lights from Five Below or walmart too. ooh I can just imagine it now!

Five Below is the BEST> everything is $5 of below! I hope you have success!
