Go for a slow, short jog to get the muscles loosened up first, then do static and active stretching. After that, just go out and do your thing. I'll sure you'll do fine, just go out and have fun!

do some stretching for at least 30 mins so you wont injure your muscles and joints. do brisk walking first before running the pace that you want. do some brisk walking again after you think that you want to stop running so that your body can take the time to cool down before going to the resting stage. if its your first attemp to run, dont eat anything at least an hour before doing the exercise to avoid cramps as the flow of your blood will partially be directed to your digestive organs.

first you must stretch then if start walking and gradually build up your speed. When you get to the point of a light jog then commit to fully running and do the same at the end of your run by gradually slowing to a walk.

Walk for a while, then stretch your legs and body. Jog for a few yards, then walk around, and stretch some more.

Good Luck

sit on the floor and spread your legs apart. Reach out and touch your feet as far as you can. Go for the right one first and hold it for 10 seconds then reach for the left one and hold it for 10 seconds. Next reach towards the middle and hold that for 10 seconds.

Maybe stretch for 2 min. Then, walk for thirty minutes, that should warm you up enough.

uncomplicated strategies to warmth up is to jog for about ten minutes, then do distinct leg stratches, then do extreme knees, butt kickers, and some skipping w/backwards operating. this can make you experience especially warmth, yet when it is chilly out, do a pair about 50 backyard biuld-ups.(ie start up walking and paintings as a lot as a sprint)
