They will probably use the tuberculosis skin test. They inject you with tuberculin purified protein derivative and see if your skin reacts to it. The only thing this can test for is the M. tuberculosis bacterium. If you have TB it will swell. If you have TB and smoke weed it will swell. If you don't have TB it won't swell if you don't have TB and smoke weed it won't swell.

If they have a dog near you yes. Police dog can detect marijuana with no prob.

No, drug tests are urine tests, a TB test is not a urine test.
