caffeine is an obvious one, but what else? i thought maybe sugar but i just OD'd on sugar and nothing happened.?! by the way im not fat (dont get the wrong idea from the sugar thing) so thats not it

Sweating is a sign that your metabolism is revved up. Maybe that's why you are not overweight. It could also signify that your thyroid gland, which controls your metabolism, could be working too hard. Having too much thyroid in the blood can cause problems, so always get a physical with your doctor every year and make sure he draws bloodwork including the tests for thyroid, which is TSH, T4, and T3

Heavy spices, pepper and not enough water is the only things I know to cause that,

You need more water. Sounds weird but if your dehydrated your body works harder to cool its self so you sweat alot more.
