yes your hair grows, so the highlights grow with it.

permanent highlights will grow out. semi permanent will wash out after a couple of washes.

if permanant highlights and colouring gets lighter over time. especially if your in the sun a lot and / or swim

YES! they grow out just like all the rest of you hair! remember you can't always change your hair as often as your purse, be sure what you want to do is REALLY what you want to do! hope i helped you out! ;-)

Even if they're "permanent," they will grow out, because you can only dye the hair that is out of your head...as your roots come out, they will be your natural color.

They grow out. If color has been added to them, then that fades, but you are still left with lightened strands of hair and roots.

have them them and i got em like 1 and a half months a go and they already grew out like a half an inch....but they dont wash out unless theyre temporary theyll grow out

If you use permanent hair dye, then no, they'll grow out.
