We are trying to secure our Country to keep out, Terrorist and
crack down on Militants. So our answer to this is Legalize every illegal here. Guess that means, Militants get Amnesty too. Correct me , if I miss the Logic in this.

You don't miss the logic.

So many citizens are willing to die for this country and the government will not even shed a tear for us. Like getting blood from a turnip.

It's time for the government to actually start being for the people since they were selected by the people.

My country is too precious to be invaded and run over by people that won't appreciate the land as much as I do.

No it does not make sense. They will give gang bangers amnesty simply if they promise to be good little boys? How stupid is that?
The problem is our political elites think we are stupid and don't see through the grand plan. They think we can't read between the lines in this shamnesty.

Our political elites all say they want to secure the borders. If that were the case why do we need amnesty? what does amnesty have to do with enforcement? Why can't they separate the two?
Reason, they only want the amnesty and they know they will never get it without some sort of inducement.

McCain and Feinstein summed it up pretty well when they stated that (by not passing the bill) it was de facto amnesty.

What they were really saying is they will not enforce the law. The laws are on the books and have been since the last amnesty of 1986 when Teddy Kennedy promised that his bill would grant amnesty to 1.1 million and that he would never bring an amnesty bill before the american people again.

We now hear from the President that we have failed to control the border and failed to enforce the law on employers, and therefore, we need a new law to replace the law we have been failing to enforce.

The fact is that our leaders are no better than terrorists. They are holding this nations security hostage. They are saying you want security? then give me amnesty or I will sit here and do absolutely nothing. I will continue to allow millions to invade our country and won't do anything about it. De fact amnesty.

Does our government, have to use logic? Not while those same senators are still sitting in their chairs. But after the
push from the public, to get their attention, I think that there
will be an even stronger effort the next voting time, to get
these corrupt elected officials out of those chairs, and back
into their home states to find another job. The people of this
country need to make alot of noise from here on in and try to
take back our country.
Anyway, I don't think we'll let any Amnesty Bill pass if we
can have any say in the matter. Why we saw a raid had been
made yesterday at a canning company in Portland, Oregon.
And the spineless mayor there, was all for allowing the illegals to stay. He accused those agents who made the
sting, of breaking up families. And he's sympathizing with the
illegalls. I'm sure he'll be out on his ear, next election. I don't
remember the figures but out of around 150 illegal workers,
only 35 had correct identification and proof they were legally
here. The rest have been arrested for having stolen or fake identities.
They are currantly being held at a detention center, in Tacoma, Washington. The plan is to return them to Mexico.

We've been sold out by a "can't do" government that loves illegal aliens and is beholding to foreign owned corporations. Just found out that foreign nationals have our social security numbers and other private information in Manilla, Phillippines and that the state department has identity theft warnings and travel advisories and terrorist warnings to the Philllippines. How do you suppose the government let this happen?

Not only odes that aspect sound ridiculous, but the bill also states that background checks for illegals who file for citizenship with the Z1 visa must be completed within 24 hours or else the application is automatically accepted. First of all, if there is someone out there who actually get a full background check accomplished within 24 hours of an immigrant, they should be running the country. Second of all, no one needs to get a free pass into this country no matter where they come from.

This bill seriously looks like the group of idiots, I mean Senators who came up with this, sat down and said to each other, "We can't please everybody, so maybe we can upset everybody."

No, it doesn't make sense.
We need to crack down, secure our borders, deport them all, except those on death row. Many of these people are violent offenders.

No it doesn't mean that.I'm all for an aggressive background check for all that have entered our country. There ARE terrorists here and we need an aggressive approach to find and deal with them. The electronic visa would deal with that.the ones who didn't want to be tracked wouldn't apply. The ones who do just want to make a better life would look at it as a good chance to come forward and live decently.Once the visa was in place our Police forces would have been allowed to ask a persons status and detain if they didn't have it.Right now they can't.So in essence by not supporting the electronic visa you are in fact supporting terrorists by allowing them a free pass in America.
