You are not a very astute student of the Scriptures:

"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven."
Matthew 5:17-20

Here is one of the commandments Jesus was referring to:

" Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable."

Leviticus 18:22

Paul didn't condem God did.

Christianity and Homosexuality
Homosexual adj. “of our relating to sexual attraction
toward others of the same sex.”

There is no question about rather or not God has spoken and warned us against homosexuality. There is no question that when participating in homosexual behavior we increase our chances in various diseases including those that will take our lives in the end.

The bible, God’s word, says it is a choice: I know there are some Christians that believe this and some that do not. The reason that I know it is a choice is because God gave us free will. In that awesome responsibility we have the right to choose how we will live. If one of us were to become a nun, such as the late Mother Theresa, it is our choice to give up the lust of the flesh and live a life of sexual purity by remaining a virgin until death. This is the same choice that is given to us in homosexuality. You have a choice to bear your cross or to lay it down and fall into the wickedness of lust with the same sex.

This can be taken into any sexual act of impurity; something that I do not know anyone who has not fallen short of. Let us remember what 1Corinthians 6:9 – 10 says “Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes or practice homosexuality – will NOT inherit the Kingdom of God.”

Reading further down we hit my conviction with God giving us free will. 1 Corinthians 6:12-13 says, “You say, “I am allowed to do anything “, - but not everything is good for you. And even though “I am allowed to do anything, I must not become a slave to anything…But you can’t say that our bodies were made for sexual immorality. They were made for the Lord, and the Lord cares about our bodies.”

We are an actual part of Christ’s body. 1 Corinthians 6:15, “Do you know that your bodies are members of Christ?”

In being a part of Christ’s body we are ordered by God to love as Christ would love; which is where the WWJD bracelets, rings, banners, stickers etc…have come from but how many of us really follow the meaning behind the bracelet? John 13:34, “So now I am giving you a new commandment: love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.

No we shouldn’t accept the behavior of sexual immorality rather it is being a homosexual, sex addict, porn addict, adulteress etc….But we are responsible still for ministering and showing God’s grace to all of us that behave in these manners. Let me repeat we are responsible for embracing homosexuals not the behavior but the person as Christ has embraced us so they may make the choice and know Christ. You can read Romans 1:26, 27, Romans 1: 18-32, Leviticus 18:22 and see that the Lord instructs us on these very things.

Hollowed,
Jesus did not need to "speak on it". All was said in the Old Testament and HE was a Jew during that time period. Paul and the other Apostles carried on HIS Message to the world after HIS Death, Burial, Resurrection, and Ascension. GOD Inspired their writings as HE had the writings before them. We do NOT need Jesus to speak on such a topic. Have a nice evening.
Thanks,
Eds

.
Yogi,
You seem to be lost in an old idea that has been proven wrong. The Last Book of the Bible, Revelation was written by the Apostle John about 100 AD. The rest of them were all written prior to that time. Begin stu8dying and reading, you will find that this has been proven over and over.
Thanks,

Jesus taught about the destruction (Luke 17:29) and judgment (Matthew 11:24) of Sodom and Gomorrah.
When Paul preached the same things, he was a faithful apostle of Christ.
Jesus referred to Genesis chapters 18 and 19 in his teachings.
Get over this Paul being a homophobe stuff, it is ridiculous.

All Scripture is given by the inspiration of God. Paul's letters to the church weren't " his " opinions, but God's holy Word. The Lord loves all homosexuals and It is possible for them to change their lifestyle and become a new creature in Christ. But as long as they remain in this abominable behavior, they have no hope of heaven, only damnation. Christians again, do not hate them, but we detest this choice of behavior! It's funny, people are always saying, " Christian's! Christian's!! Christian's!!! Christian's are always trying to force themselves on me." But what is the world trying to FORCE on the chuch... to just accept the homosexual lifestyle. Alot of so-called christians have been sucked into that theology, not me!

The Word of God is inspired by the Holy Spirit. He, the Holy Spirit is the author and the Holy Spirit is God. You can look at the passage with Sodam and Gommorah as well. We should take the Bible as a whole, not just pick it apart and make it say something it does not.

You are correct, but Jesus could only do what He saw the Father do, and the Father said through His prophets that it is an abomination.

However what counts is the condition of your heart toward God and His Son, Jesus the Christ.

Revelation 21

1Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
5He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" Then he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true."

6He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son. 8But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral , those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death."

Sure. Jesus says "in the beginning God brought man and woman together and the two become one flesh."

So that is the standard. One man. One woman. Cleaving together. And the 2 become 1.
