Factory OEM installed pony package. It is the black grill with the pony emblem in the center surrounded with a chrome trim and two small fog lights on either side.

Pull the burnt out bulb. It will have a number on the metal part of the casing. That number is the bulb number you will need to buy a replacement bulb.

The link above me is a good one. You can also take the cheap way and just buy the front facia off a wrecked GT. Try your local salvage yard or pick-a-part. Hope this helped!!!
