I recently started a new job... where I work from 6:30 am -7/8/9/10 pm or so, depending on the day. I usually eat breakfast around 6am as I am driving to work, but work is so busy and I am on my feet and walking around/standing all day. I rarely get a break to eat and then when I get home at night I am starving and too tired to workout. So I usually end up pigging out due to hunger and then going to bed, which I know is NOT a good way to be eating. What can I do?

You should really take the time to have a good lunch nomatter how busy you may be.. But you could bring fruit and some items that you can eat here and there during the day.. some people never eat big meals but smaller meals as the day goes on.. this might be what you need to do.. if you are really hungry before going to bed, eat something filling but light like a bowl of cereal or something like that.. and as for excercise if you are busy on your feet all day you are getting your excercise anyhow.. just do a bit more on your days off.. I hope this helps you..

Power bars, Zone bars, Luna Bars. Any of the million bars out there you can wolf down in 30 seconds during the day and will do wonders for you. Also drink a bottle of water on the way home, it will help you eat less by the time you get home and fix something.

Try to pack a lunch consisting of leftovers from dinner on the previous day. Foods such as cottage cheese+raisins are healthy and require no prepartation time. Also, a protein drink in a thermos might help.

Here is an article about staying in shape when you are busy:

Your situation is a difficult one and I definitely sympathize with you. Is it possible to find another job? It seems like this job is slowly killing you.

Get another job - unless you are a workaholic
You're abusing yourself (physically) - - I did that, too 8 years ago. NOW, NO amount of money will ever dictate how I need to care for my body.
I found out (which you will pretty soon), YOU can be replaced just like everybody else - - BUT your body can NEVER be replaced! When your body gives on you - your job will NOT help get you another one.
