Ok I'll tell you what absolutely works for me only because my wedding is slowly approaching and I have been doing it religiously (I mean at least 2 a day) is PILATES. I swear by pilates and would not recommend anything other.

I've been told that spot training is a myth; no single exercise will remove body fat in one particular spot. As such, the best exercise I can recommend is exercise. Do some cardiovascular stuff like walking, swimming, biking, jogging, etc. Be active and lose weight. Eventually, they will disappear.

Well, there is no such thing as an exercise that will "spot" reduce anywhere. General cardio (walking, riding, swimming, jogging whatever) will help you burn calories. Try eating smaller meals throughout the day and drink plenty of water.

you cant spot reduce body fat. the only fat burning exercise is cardio -do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) and combine it with light weight training.

lots of side bends, if you have an exercise ball, use that. otherwise stand and just bend from side to side tightening your stomach muscles and use light weights if you need to make it more difficult. other ab exercises should work well too.
