First, I'm going to have to go against the other answers given before mine. 1) Loofah sponges are WAY too abrasive for the delicate skin on your face. They'll drag across the skin, tearing and irritating it even further. 2) Are you talking about St. Ives apricot scrub? I love it too, but I use it VERY gently on my skin. You see, the walnut hulls in the scrub are WAY too large and sharp. You'll irritate your skin this way. And irritation is a shortcut to getting wrinkles earlier. Last but not least, 3) NEVER use lemon juice for your face either. The acidity is way too strong, and can severely dry out your face and possibly even bleach it a little. Lemon juice irritates your skin, too.
Find a product that does not irritate your skin. It should not have any dyes nor fragrance, and should be noncomodegenic (not sure if I spelled it right, but it means it shouldn't clog your pores). I recommend Clean and Clear Daily Pore Cleanser, especially if you have oily/combination skin (and it seems like you do, from your description). It has little exfoliating beads, so it does dual purpose: cleans your face and exfoliates your skin gently. Give it a try! Cleansing your skin is always the first step in "maintaining a beautiful face."
The second step is brightening your face, shrinking your pores, and smoothening your skin. I recommend the egg whites mask--a cheap and all-natural option. Here is information about this mask from the website http://www.yourskin101.com/natural-skin-care/egg-whites.aspx:
"For an inexpensive facial mask beat a few egg whites until they get foamy. Then spread them over your face and let them dry. Wash off the egg white mask with cool water to reveal tighter pores and firmer, refreshed skin. Don't apply an egg white mask any more than once per week, or the skin will get used to egg white and have less effect each time. In many Asia countries, women use egg whites to whiten their faces and keep them youthful looking."
The next step is to moisturize and firm your skin. After all that cleaning, your skin must be feeling parched! Try the egg yolk mask (don't waste the egg you just used!):
"The best homemade facial mask that I have used is a raw egg yolk. just apply the raw yolk to your face and neck for 30 minutes and rinse with cool water. Egg yolks are high in vitamin A. The mask is very effective in healing blemishes."

Then, if you have acne, try out the aspirin mask for size:
"What is the aspirin mask? The aspirin mask is a homemade BHA mask available to each and everyone of us, totally inexpensive and highly efficient, made of salicylic acid or tablets of aspirin. BHA is known to help tremendously with cleaning pores from deep inside and therefore contribute to keeping our skin blemish-free. BHAs are efficient on existing blemishes as well, by helping them heal faster and keeping pores clean afterwards.
Crush 3-5 tablets of plain aspirin, distilled water. Mix the powder with the water until it becomes of a creamy consistence, apply on clean dry skin (focus on T-zone and sides of the nose). Keep it on until completely dry. Take a small cotton pad, wet it lightly and begin scrubbing the areas covered with the mask, making small circles. Finally, rinse with plenty of water. Skin will be left completely smooth and even."

I have this stuff from Costco (i don't know if you have a costco where you are, though) its called AcneFree and its even better than Proactive. Its 3 steps with a face wash, repair lotion and renewing toner. I use it whenever i start to break out. It really works! About the oil, i have a friend with a really oily face and she carries around this little pack of oil-blotting sheets. You can get some at victoria's secret but Clean n clear makes them too. You just wipe you face with them and it takes off all the oil but it wont take off your makeup! Good Luck!
