Nacho = Mexican Food.
Mama = "Black" slang.
Nacho Mama = "Black" slang for "Not your mama"
Nacho Mama = Mexican + Black food joint.

My Restaurant experience(It's true!)
I saw this great chinese dimsum place in Manila.
They sell all kinds of delicious fingerfoods there,
but the name leaves a nasty taste in one's mouth.

I don't understand. What do you mean a Black/Mexican restaurant? Black isn't a type of food. Do you mean Black Mexicans and their cuisine?
