I feel like I am on a pooping schedule. If I eat a big meal, I have to poop about 10 minutes after, like clockwork. Other than that, I dont really have a problem with my bowels and my stomach doesnt hurt a lot or anything. I just poop a lot and when I eat heavy, always 10 minutes after, I have to go. Could this be irritable bowel or something else?

Hi:

For IBS, you would have cramping pain, pooping, did I mention the cramping and pain? I know of people that have bowel movements as you do. It is no cause for concern, but if things change, then I would call your doctor for some advice.

There are rather a couple of matters that support with standard digestion and would possibly support with IBS. Many buyers get advantages from Probiotics, Fiber, or Enzymes. If you're allergic to lactose, you must be certain that any probiotics you get are both lactose loose or milk loose (they're extra steeply-priced that means)... OR you would take a look at a few Lactase Enzyme (it is helping digest lactose, so it'll support cut back the response). There are a couple of men and women that get advantages from belly soothers like Ginger, Peppermint Oil, or Aloe Vera..... however that is simply to calm the belly, no longer the intestines or bowels (that is wherein Irritable Bowel Syndrome is established). For any of the ones, I might advise checking with a surgeon that is aware of approximately dietary supplements or an allergist, simply to be certain you don't have a concern with any of the ones (typical caution for anybody with a scientific situation). ....however you would take a look at them in case you wouldn't have an excessively extreme response and are inclined to danger it ;-)

There is pain & discomfort with IBS. If you had diverticulitis
there would be pain. I don't think you have much to worry about.
I know people who would like to change places with you.
