Creams and pills do not work, only surgery will. It can be covered by insurance (covered my reduction 100%) if you have complaints about back pain and other health issues. It did not "hurt like hell" for me, though it was a little uncomfortable, it all depends on your tolerance for pain.

How old are you?

Breast enlarging cream doesn't work on the breasts so it's not going to work on your butt. If it worked on breasts nobody would have surgery.

if their was, it wouldnt work. the only way to shrink them is surgery. exercise wont make them go away because its breast tissue not fat unless you are overweight and you have fat in your boobs.

best way to reduce breast size without surgery is to do fat burning upper body cardio programs. since breasts are nothing but fat.. they will melt away.
