Are you serious? You excercise five hours a day? Wow, well, you can honestly probably eat whatever you want.

Depending on what you are doing for excercise, and how much you weigh/what your size/age/sex is, try to eat about 300 calories a day less than you need AFTER all that excercise. So, for a 170 lb. male who is between the ages of 15-45, who excercises at medium levels for 5 hours a day, eat about 3500 calories. Do that, and you will lose probably about a pound a month.

To figure out how many calories you need, go to a site such as nutritiondata.com and do their calorie counter, that will give you an idea...

You want to exercise 5 hours a day while still being healthy. First of all you need to cut back drastically on that exercising. Nobody should be working out that many hours a day. You need to find out how many calories you need a day for your height and weight and then reduce by about 500 calories a day, and do exercises, but not 5 hours a day! I do 30 minutes a day and have lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I eat healthy meals and have three snacks in between that are also healthy. I allow myself to have one bad thing a week and I do eat red meat. It's not going to hurt you like the one person said. Just make sure it's lean. Read up on proper nutrition and exercise so you can plan a healthy and safe way to lose the little weight you want to.

5 hours a day! That's way too much your body needs a break sometimes. I only exercise on my lunch for 1/2 hour a day, I have like hardly any body fat whatsoever. Here's what I do: Lift weights (muscle decreases the body fat) one day then rest the next, then maybe day 2 work on the bottom half and so on. Cardio also burns a lot of body fat.
EATING - Fruits & vegetables, Chicken, NO red meat as that piles on the fat. No junk food (once in a while is ok) and also eat 6 small meals a day to keep your metalobism up.

If you are exercising 5 hours a day you are going to go into overtraining mode and that is not good. It won't matter how much you eat you can get physically sick and there is a high chance of injury and then you'll be back to square one. Try 1 hour of cardio 5-6 days per week and lift weights for about 30-40 minutes 3 days per week. And, where do you find 5 hours to exercise?

5 hours a day is a little excesive! Your body might go into shock and you could pass out!

Eat 500 less calories a day and burn about 250, and you'll loose weight pretty quickly!
