I am assuming you want to know who owns this number? If you put this number into google it will bring up the company who it belongs too. Then google "do not call list" and register your phone number so you stop getting these unwanted phone calls. I believe the number you listed is from Household Finance and I was getting on the average 8-12 calls a day for weeks. Hope this helps.
