I go to Jesus. He is always there at my lowest times.

Im not really sure what is going on with you Kaliko, but may peace and serenity surround you. I can be alone without being lonely, and i always know where to turn.
Personally, speaking for myself only, i go into my room, make sure that my altar is in order, light a couple of candles, a few sticks of NagChampa, make a cup of tea, and i sit and meditate.
If i am sad, i can honor that sadness, for it is a valid feeling. It is ok to cry, tears wept in sadness and grief have healing properties. It is also very cleansing. And then i ask the Divine to help me with the willingness to accept the situation for just what it is... and knowing that regardless of the situation, things are just the way they are supposed to be.
I am grateful for my blessings, however small and simple they may be. Then i just close my eyes and ask for the light of love and peace to fill me, visualizing myself, as a tree with roots, drawing what i need from the earth, drawing the white light of love up into my body and soul...feeling the warmth and the love and the faith that is there in the present moment, i visualize this until i can feel the power and the light filling me up that i can actually feel a burst of energy sailing through me and up into the sky...connecting with all that is good.
Then just breathing, knowing that times like these are necessary in order for me to experience the very good things in life...and all of this to shall pass. Every moment is only temporary, as is any and every feeling....
Know that you are never alone, for the Divine, in whatever form you percieve that to be, is within us all. All we have to do is nourish it and respect it and have faith.

I hope this helps...it does for me...
May you find the peace and balance that you so very much need in this lifetime.
Blessed Be )o(

Wow! Thinking about this question, I realized that I am never lonely, never alone unless I want to be, never at my wit's end about anything. I always know where to turn if I need to and I never feel solitude unless I want to. I experience sadness but it passes as it should. I guess I'm very lucky!

I read. The bible is a good book, regardless of your religious or philosophical beliefs. I also read fiction, something stimulating, that will let me escape. Or I may watch a movie, or exercise -- it makes you feel really good, and is good for you. I may meditate, which helps a lot.. I try and learn something new, too...

Loneliness is only a state of mind, and you can with will overcome it, and grow stronger doing it. When you sink into the frame of mind where feel like you need other people to draw strength or contentment from, you fall farther. When you learn that within is the greatest power and contentment, you radiate a light that others will look to, and that you feel you're missing.

I have cats, and all I need to do is lie on the couch and I am surrounded almost immediately by purring, warm bodies. It's hard to remember what was bothering me at that point. It's almost like they know.
I also build models as a hobby, and many of them require repetitive assemblies. I've found this also distracts me from whatever is bothering me, and I often think of a solution during this distraction.

i am never alone.JESUS is always there for me though unseen.

Matthew 28:20[kjv]Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

sometimes i do become sad, frustrated i never plan to do something but i know what ever i do JESUS is there for me.

JESUS loves you.Have u recieved JESUS for the forgiveness of your sins?

John 3:16[kjv] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

so when we believe in JESUS we have eternal life.JESUS lived a sinless life and gave up his life as a sacrifice so we can be sin free. Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with the blood JESUS shed on the cross.

With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.JESUS loves u and wants u to be saved.

I guess now would be the time to surround yourself with friends and family. Isolation doesn't work. I rarely feel lonley, I have too many hobbies keeping me busy, but if I feel the need for company, I call a friend.

Talk to Jesus. Recall all the scriptures about how He will never leave nor forsake me. Turn on praise and worship and praise Him to the heavens. There's a really sweet book I want to tell you about called "A Shepherd's Look at Psalm 23". It's written by a real shepherd who knows sheep and looks at it from that point of view. It is touching and sweet and it will be the balm of Gilead for your heart.

I try and find something to do until the feeling has passed. Sometimes just sitting and thinking of ways to organize areas in my house, cleaning closets, getting rid of clutter or doing something artistic like drawing or painting a picture. Sometimes a good refreshing nap is all that I need.......

I take a walk with my dogs. Or else I do something else that forces me to get out of the house. It helps a lot to see other people if only just to pass by inthe street.

God and meditation, they are the only thing that works when I have absolutely no one else to turn to. Meditation helps to bring God closer to me through the spirit, and He holds me when I need held, wipes my tears, tells me I am going to be fine, He is all I need in this life for any support.
Blessings
