Congratulations for becoming a Muslim! Referring to another sister's help (Ayisha), I went to find where you might find what you need to do before leaving for Hajj. Here's the link:

As for the certificate, maybe you should go back to the mosque and tell them that you need that certificate that would prove that you are a Muslim now and that you need to get it for performing Hajj. Good luck sister!

Why have a "religion" or a "faith"? because it's a nice thing to do or it helps you to have "something" to believe in? Then forget it, it's not worth the time spent on it. Now if you want the answer as to what life is all about and what will happen to you when you die, then you want to know truth. There is only one true God there is only one Creator of Heaven and Earth and this is the God of the Bible, God's Holy Word. He is exclusive and does not share His position with any other. How do we now He is the true God? God's word is consistent and never contradicts itself. His word has made prophecies that have been fulfilled to the letter, for example when Christ was born He fulfilled over 100 prophecies of the old testament. No other "religion" can make that statement. Then when Christ was born, lived died and rose again, walked the earth for 40 days and was sseen by over 500 this tells me this person must have been who He said He was, rising from the dead, no one else has ever done that. I can now believe all that He proclaimed is true. I know Islam tries to discredit the events of Christ and say it really wasn't Him on the cross it was a look alike, what utter nonsense. They will not accept the truth .The bible tells us God's word cannot be added to nor taken away from, so the Koran written 600 years after the bible is not of God and Muhammad is not a true prophet of God only a self claimed one. Search for truth don't be caught into false teachings.

http://www.saudiembassy.net You need documentation to prove that you are Muslim. Otherwise you can't get into Saudi Arabia. At least not Mecca anyway. They have a list of travel agencies on the website where you can get an Hajj visa.

Can't get it online. I'm sure you could get it from any mosque though.

I would boycott hajj until they let Moroccans go equally (instead, Moroccans are part of a "quota" program, while American Muslims can go freely)

The mosque where I did my Shahada took care of the papers for me. Perhaps you should ask the Imam at your mosque. And congratulations on reverting. I did recently as well. BarakAllahfeek, Sister.

Ebay, but you cannot convert to Islam, you are a Christian with Christian beliefs, all men are equal, black, white, male female. Islam does not believe this. This will tear you apart.
You are Christian period, Get used to it. Do you really want to support and join the killers of 9/11.
