That depends on how well you want in cooked. I like mine a little pinkish in the middle, so I would cook it about 3 minutes on each side if the cut is on the thinner side.

If you like med rare I would go with 3-4 minutes per side. One good test at the end though is to touch the steak with your finger. Poke it. It should feel like you are poking the fleshy part of your palm. The part right below your thumb.

I grill them approx. 4 to 5 minutes per side.
How long you grill them depends on the way you want them cooked.
I like mine rare.

Not too long, you looking at 7 minutes tops on both sides, on a medium flame. gas burning grill that is......... keep your eye on the bacon cause it cooks a little quicker.
