no but it will help tighten ur abs. the only way to shrink ur stomach is through cardio (running, swimming, etc.)

it helps your stomach muscles I think, that's what I've heard. I have done that pretty much everyday for about 10 years (when I started doing it I really didn't know I was doing it), now if I try to just relax the muscles I can't relax for too long, it just doesn't feel right.
I'm not sure if it shrinks the stomach, I really don't think so, but it helps with posture and helps to not make you look so fat when you're walking around.

no it's called doing a gazillion push ups and crunches that hurt like a ***** but excercise is worth it just try to have fun!

it helps stregenthen your abs. i cant gaurentee it shrinks your stomach. but doing crunchies/situps and planks does help.
