No you dont have the right to move out.
What you do have the right to do is be respectful in her home.
Now if she's doing it with out just cause....ie you were mouthing off, to her. Then you have the right to call the police and ask to be removed from the home and placed in a safe place.
Shacking up with a boyfriend will not help your situation. It will only make things worse for you. Best bet get on your feet, get a place of your own and be on your own.
again if she is hitting you with out just cause, then you can call the police what ever you do dont hit her back

you can move out. its probably best to wait until your 18 because that is the legal age to move out but you can. its not like you are a little kid anymore. do what ever you feel yo need to do. If your mom hits you again tell her not to hit you.

for now wait until ur 18... but if ur mom is physically abusing you constantly then itz time you should get some help from some professionals...
i mean is it getting too violent??
if it is serious it also depends on how strong the relationship is with ur boyfrend...

Move out if they are really abusing you, but if it's not as bad as you said, you will regret moving out, or calling the child prtection people.

are you the one who asked about moving out of state with your bf? doesn't matter. why did mom slap you? were you out of line? disrespectful?mouthy? i'm not a big fan of slapping but sometimes it happens. make sure you put this all into context before you run off.
