im 15, male. iv been running since last October. i now can do 3 miles no problem. i still do ab workouts with it. yet now, i STILL dont have a 6 pac. i never was fat, but it doesnt make sence to me as to why i dont have one yet. what am i missing? i eat well, lift weights, everything. im about 5'8 135 pounds. wut can i do now????? iv been workin at it for far longer than normal, yet with no results...whats wrong? help please :(
