I was feeling pretty blue myself but after I put on some music the feeling drifted away. Put on something fun and dancy or something you can sing along to and laugh.

When I am feeling blue, I encourage other people. Sometimes I find that even when I think that I don't know how to see my own situation, I really do. When you talk to someone else to help them through what they are going through, revelation comes for what you're going through. That's my experience and it is a great thing...a great feeling to give because even in that way, you receive something back.
Plus, look at it this way, all are unique. There is something special about you as a person. There is something good that only you could give to another and the world. However, nothing new happens under the sun. We are all unique, but human dilemmas are the same for us now as they were for all men since time begun. Technology doesn't change that. So whatever is making you blue, some one else has been there too and they lived on to be happy again. Best of luck for your sitituation.

When I'm feeling blue I listen to my favorite music. Something energetic and positive feeling. I sit down and make notes about the things in my life that are good and the things I should be thankful for. Maybe put yourself in someone elses shoes for awhile will make you realize how fortunate you are. Really all you have to do is watch the world news to realize how fortunate we are.

if you have the free time...why don't you go to the park and feed the birds and squirrels...no joke...i have chronic depression and its a battle almost every day... i found that feeding the squirrels and chipmunks around my job really make me feel some happiness and time goes by really fast...just by spending that time with nature and sharing with these critters does something for me...
