Basically, if the FBI finds a basis for the claims, they can detain you and ask you questions. If the 3 people filed a civil claim then money that you make in the US may be seized to pay them (if you defaulted in the court case). I'd call the FBI and try to figure this out -- they can really mess with foreign citizens without much recourse.

The FBI will be waiting, somewhere for you. They always get their man, and no one like that, that does that to someone, ever gets away with it.
If you really sent the items, you would have had a Postal Ticket, or some kind of paper proof that you sent them! Don't believe you did!

I'm sorry to tell you this. Please don't take this as an insult but; what on earth were you thinking? You didn't even get an insurance or a reciepient's signature? Dude, $500... People use certified mail/parcel service for items that value less than $20...

FBI? They don't have time to deal with "Oh I sent it." "Oh, I never received it" non-sense. It will be a civil suit, if it even comes down to it. 3 people? Trust me, they got beter things to do than deal with your case.

From now on, i'd get confirmation of delivery and tracking on what you sell. You'll most likely be detained if you entered the country if the FBI has you on file.

Why aren't you documenting everything you send? If you can't keep better books than this, you need to find another line of work. It's highly possible the FBI will have the PD where you live knocking at your door ;)

It is a possibility. When sending items of such value always send by a method that will give you documentation that the item was sent.

i imagine you should arise with the broking service, and report a lawsuit. that's his/her fault the s/he bought you a damaged computing gadget. i imagine he had to get rid of it because it replaced into damaged in a way. i imagine the reason why he stated "enable me verify with FedEx" is because he does no longer want to refund your funds. you easily paid him/her for the computing gadget AND the delivery. $1300 is numerous funds to purchase a used computing gadget. you could also call your legal professional, and tell your legal professional what got here about, and tell how a lot you spent. also call FedEx, and ask them in the journey that they are responsible for damaged products. My opinion is i does no longer purchase a used computing gadget, except i comprehend the man o.k..

My question is why would ship a $500 dollar item a second and third time without obtaining a tracking number? This only makes you look even more guilty. Have you tried to contact the shipping service you used?

What's your ebay name so I know never to buy anything from you?

The way our security goes, probably not. The people who did not receive their packages should have reported them to the post office so that they could try to trace the packages. The may be sitting at the dead letter office.
