how can I make my vision worse?
do wearing reading glasses get your eye's worse vision at distence?
does reading with reading glasses close up help to make my vision worse?
or does just reading with the book to close to my eye's help make it worse?

Why would you want to make your eyes worse. How dumb is that? I know many people that wear glasses and contacts that would love to have 20/20 vision again...your just wrong to want to make your eyes bad, but whatever floats your boat and makes you happy.

I think you mean 20/150, which means you have to stand as close as 20 feet to see what a "normal" (not perfect but normal) person can see at 150 feet. A normal person means one who does not need correction for distance vision. It does not mean that they have extraordinary vision and can see signs that are far away without binoculars or a telescope. I believe legal blindness starts at around 20/200 but not sure about that. Legal blindness does not mean 'cannot see anything' but means a person is functionally limited such as prohibited from driving, etc. Sometimes lower income people who are legally blind can apply for state aid to help with special glasses or nowadays surgery. When I was young, I had 20/15 vision(better than normal) but now I am around 20/100. By the way, the numbers do not tell anyone whether you are nearsighted or farsighted nor does it say anything about astigmatism, so the numbers are of no use to an optician/lens maker.

hmm, odd question. But you really can't make your vision worse with glasses unless you wear them for a very long period of time, for your eyes will get used to the magnification. Most of the other things like reading in a poorly lit environment are old wives tails.
