Is it?

That's incorrect!

A lot of times, people do things that are mean or rude because they have serious "issues" and don't care if they make enemies. Actually, sometimes they have such low self-esteem that they deliberately make people dislike them because they believe people are going to dump them ANYWAY, so they might just as well make it happen sooner.

But on the contrary ... if you've EVER done something good, it's as easy as pie and gives you the best feeling! There's a lot more satisfaction derived from doing a random act of kindness than doing dirt to others.

Try it!

What is good and what is bad depends on your perspective. I had friends who were strict Baptists and thought that dancing was 'bad'. I never understood this because I took ballet lessons and absolutely loved dancing. This doesn't make either of us bad or good, just different ideas.

Because you think it is, therefore it is. If you think it's easier to do good things, then it will be.

It all has to do with exercise. First you become baptized, then you receive Holy Communion so then you have Jesus himself helping you and then when the temptation to sin comes up you conquer it with Jesus' help and you do good things rather than bad and the more you do not do bad things and do good things the weaker the bad things become and the stronger the desire to do good becomes. So you exercise what you want to become stronger and it does.

Because we have a sin nature which basically means we're our own god and we will to do what our sin nature dictates. Doing good comes from the spirit of God living on the inside of us and making us willing to do his will instead of our's.

Doing good requires self-control, and generally having to give something of yourself, be it effort, time, money, etc.

Doing bad requires none of this and allows one's own selfish interests to take hold.
