not literally on my boob like on my chest kinda thing

Chest tattoos are the most painful.
There is very little tissue between the skin and bone.
The least painful places to get a tattoo are on fleshy areas.

if you think about it like this, a tattoo is gonna hurt at some stage no matter where you get it, and on all people its differnt, i have 9 tattoos and the two that hurt the most where feet and under arms near elbow but my dad reakons the most painful spot is closest to spine whereas i can get tatooed on my back all day long so it really depends, but if you really want a tattoo just do it cos the pain doesnt last long at all

The breast is a good area as well as any part of the body with fatty tissue, ie; the bum, upper legs, etc. Tattoos over bony areas are more uncomfortable. The reason is there is less area to disperse the vibrations of the tattoo needle. The vibration is interpreted by the nerve receptors as pain and is relayed to the brain as such.

No its not too bad at all. The worst place to get one pain wise is on your wrist, I have one on my wrist and the pain was so intense but you have tons of nerve endings there! Anywhere fleshy is going to hurt less than somewhere else.

Well, I don't know, but I mean, the boob is a sensitive place...Can you imagine thousands of tiny little needles poking you there? Ugh, no way...

I don't have one, but a girl at school was talking about it and she said it hurt. Anywhere on bone is going to hurt so I guess shes right.

well yeah! yu have to get a needle in there and design it, is it even possible, i though t yu needed a tattoo on a bone structure so it can be designed. it wouldnt really work on your breast, becuase it would most likey move around. try in the middle of your chest.
But tattoos can cause infections.

i have one on the higher part of my boob halfway on the chest. it didn't hurt at all just got a little irrating when he was tattooing on the breast bone.

The answer s no. It does not hurt. It is probably a least painful area. I think that is probably the best choice.
