In Manhattan: Fort Tryon Park (where the Cloisters are located), Battery Park, Central Park, Riverside Drive
In Brooklyn: the Promenade (which faces Manhattan), Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Coney Island, under the VZ Bridge on a clear day.

The promenade in Brooklyn Heights From there you can take a picture of the statue of liberty, Wall Street, and the Staten Island Ferry, plus more. As far as Manhattan the cloisters on the upper West Side at Fort Tryon Park.

Central Park...the lake, where the Bow bridge is..and youll see the skyscapers in the background. And the Bethesda fountain and terrace, also in the park.
The outside of St Patricks Cathedral is beautiful..
