I heard the other day that the majority of Europe has converted or is Muslim/Islamic. What do all of you have to say about that? I am a Christian and I find that sad......

I heard it on a Christian radio talk show. The gentleman that I listen to everyday had found a poll that the rate of Christians converting is astranomical.

Just so you know. Bob does not advocate violence or intollerance to anyone. Christians that follow the teachings of Christ are to love everyone! This is Jesus' command and charge of us.

You will know them by their fruit. Perhaps they weren't Christians or believers in Christ to begin with. God knows your heart.

I was a Christian and I coverted to Islam, the Christians are the closest to Islam so it is not surprising that many Christians are converting.

Muslim have belief that No deity has the right to be worshipped in truth except Allaah.
and Allaah means Almighty God.

Worship God Alone. Pray to God directly, it is that simple.

I would have thought that Europe is drifting towards agnosticism and atheism, not simply to a change of religion.
May it be that you are mixing demographics focusing on population growth by religion with religious tendencies ?. Muslims may be more now than before because of immigration, not necessarily because of the conversion of Christians.

I would like to know your source.

This is not sad this is great :-) as a new convert myself.. i feel much closer to God.. while growing up i never truly felt what i was learning was true, until one day i talked to a Muslim woman.. she explained the truth about the religion to me.. i had always been told that Muslims were bad people, full of terrorists regimes.. In the Quran God says science is good for us.. For people to learn all they can.. So please before you consider converting sad, learn about Islam

First off, it's not true.

Second, many who have converted are being converted on pain of death. That's not sad. That's frightening.

Many of our Islamic brothers and sisters don't follow the Sharia laws. They are fundamental Islamic laws. They are the laws that gave us Osama Bin Laden. As the Sharia spreads to areas like the Sudan, so does forced conversions and excecutions of christians AS WELL AS so called "liberal" Muslims. Which is what is happening in Darfur.

We need to be educated. We can't point fingers at those who need our help. Our Muslim cousins here will surely join their prayers to our own for the good of mankind.

It's absurd,it's false and it's the kind of propagandistic tripe you hear broadcast of fundamentalist ("Christian")radio. There are Catholic stations. They are responsible and dedicated and also honest sources of information.

I find it muslim/islamic prapaganda. I know the world is a bunch of fools and most people are wrong. However, i do find it rather hard to believe that most women would choose to be a muslim. How many women would actually choose to share their husband with someone else?
If they did they must not love him very much.
So he has several women who don't like him very much or one who loves him. Why would a man choose that?

It doesn't surprise me at all. I think it's inevitable. There are a multitude of Christians converting to other things, or none at all.
