Is there a difference beteen a loofah & a sea sponge? Which is more effective at exfoliating?

Loofah is rougher so it's better for exfoliating. Use a sea sponge if you have sensitive, tender skin.

Both must be washed well & kept dry after use. You can use a very mild chlorine rinse to keep them mold free.

Loofa is artificail sponge like the sponge you use today it is not real they stopped the use of actual sea sponge. As for exfoiliating i have no idea

I personally like those rough bath gloves that you can put on and scrub away with. Those are great.
