Sometimes birth control pills (the hormones) can make them a little larger, but other than that or exercises to strengthen the pectoral muscles, you get what you have. Way back when I was in school, during P.E. the popular chant was "we must, we must, we must increase our bust, for fear, for fear, we'll never wear a brassier"
