I'm 5.8'' tall. and i weight 165 lbs.
I can do around 80 push ups(normally).
I practiced martial arts for a few years(so I've had some training).

I know it's a long and hard road, but i can manage.

there is so much more 2 it then weight and how tall u are.
It depends if you have any law violations and how bad they are.Do you have any Tattoos and what kind and where do you have them at? for example if you would have asthma you couldnt get in or if you have really bad acne ( asthma and acne is just an exa. there is more...)
There is a very big list of things that you need to fullfill if you are serious about joining the army.
And just becuz you WANT to join a force doesnt mean that this is what you get
So make a list with everything you want to know and go to your local Army recruiting office and just get some info....
Good luck

Good luck becoming a Navy SEAL in the Army. The military doesn't like short little 5"7 or 5"8 guys, but they'll let you in.

I think that physically you should have no problems. I would however, talk with a recruiter first to see what steps are necessary for you to become a Navy Seal.

Good Luck to you!!!

of course, the army does accept round people of low intelligence (with some determination), but you may not be cut out to be a seal or superhero

It depends on you. listen to your heart for the right path to choose as a career. So if it is your decision to be in the army, go for the gold. Try your best to become a soldier, and see where that takes you. GOOD LUCK!!

Yes, you're fine. The military is taking anyone now, even older people and convicted felons. A girl I know is 5'10" and 95 lbs. She got into the Marine bootcamp.

Yes. Average size persons do better in some areas like submarines and armored vehicles.

Probably be fine, though to be a SEAL or other SF, you'll need to pass their tests, very very hard. Most end up failing out. It's funny, every SEAL I knew, was short, under 5'7".
