and you get bored and start breaking all the light bulbs, would you die in a vacuum?

Probably not, because there is breathable air between the light bulbs. But you would eventually run out of oxygen.
By breaking the bulbs, you add inert gases to the air, which decreases the concentration of oxygen in the room. If it drops below 16%, you die by asphyxia.

Ignoring the limited air supply issues ect.

By breaking vacuum light bulbs you will create a lower pressure in the room. Break enough and you would die.

As each vacuum light bulb is broken you are increasing the room volume by the amount of the glass light bulb. But since we are considering the light bulbs to have a vacuum you are providing more volume to the room and at the same time not adding any air (or other gas). In other words as you break lightbulbs you are increasing the volume of the room but keeping the same amount of air in the room this would decrease the pressure in the room

I wasn't going to answer this until I read the first responce. He is so far off I had to answer. Light bulbs (or lamps as they are called by the people who make them) are either vacuumed before they are sealed, or they are purged with an inert gas, typically argon, then vacuumed and sealed.
Now, the bigger question is can you break enough to take all the oxyden out of a room. Well, to reduce the oxygen content in a sealed room by half, you'd have to have an equal volume of bulbs to the volume of the room. SO In the case you are talking about, no I don't think it would be possible to kill yourself in this manner.

Nope, most light bulbs are filled with inert gases. It is actually pretty hard to contain a vaccum.

Light bulbs are no longer evacuated. Most have argon which is an inert gas. No effect on you

You would simply be diluting the Oxegon per unit area since you open up a greater area for the oxegon to occupy but the effect would be insignifigant when compared to your breathing
