And since the War in Iraq is escalating with the Mosque bombings, Hamas taking over Gaza, Palestinians wanting Jersusalem, Iran planning to Nuke Israel, Russia sleeping secretly with Iran, Hezbollah in Cahoots with Syria to rid the Western backed Lebonese government, who is going to come to the rescue?
Mr Satan that is who... wearing a designer sheep skin jacket while his clothes underneath reek of soiled wolf waste...
Daniel 11:21-31. This prophecy, when it's fulfillment is recognized in the near future, allows one to know that the anti-Christ is but five or six years, at most, from his mission of setting up the Abomination of Desolation. Thoughts?

I think so.
I personally think that the Muslim Messiah, the Mahdi, is the Biblical antichrist. He will come and make peace in the Middle East for seven years with Israel and the rest of the world, and then break this peace with a war against Israel and all other non believers.
The parallels between the Mahdi and the Antichrist are staggering, to say the least.

The Middle East has been 'exploding' for most of its history. Saying that it is exploding now is ignoring the first Gulf War, the Islamic takeover of Iran in 1979, the various wars begun by the Hashemite kings, the Gaza War, the Six-Day War, World War II, the disintegration of the Ottoman Empire, the growth of the Ottoman Empire, the disintegration of the Byzantine Empire, the Crusades, the rise of Islam, and the Sassanian, Parthian, Roman, Alexandrian, and Achaemenid takeovers of the area. The Middle East has been a war zone for all of its recorded history. Saying 'there will be war in the Middle East' is about as prophetic as saying 'there will be oxygen and sand in the Middle East'.
