It should, because if you were to reffer to language then it would be spanish-speaking latinamerica (latin america reffers to french, portuguese and spanish speaking countries).

Mexico is definatively NOT the best US ally. Remember the 2.007 Miss Universe election in Mexico City? There the audience booed Miss USA for the simple fact that she represented a country building a replica of the Berlin Wall in the 21st. century, not to separate Canada from the US but from Mexico.

The best "hispanic" ally is Puerto Rico by far although I wouldn´t say the US is Puerto Rico's best ally. One of the arguments for this last statement is language. Puerto Rico is an independent state attached to the US. Puerto Rico is the very last Colony still alive today in the 21st. centrury. And as such, its language, the one they have always spoken is not even recognized legally as a second or even third language in the country they're part of (The US). Puerto Ricans have gone to all american wars and conflicts since WWI, have US military bases in their territory and even "live ammo" military practices in part of their territory in the island od Vieques; something the american government would even think of inside the 50 states because of the "danger" involved. Yes, puerto ricans have actually died in accidents during these live ammo practices.

· 10:00: All motorcycle riders are invited to meet at Rusty
Childress Auto Mall between 10:00 and 11:00 am. At 11:15 they will
ride in an escorted parade to the capitol.

· 11:30: We will listen to the national anthem and say the
Pledge
of Allegiance.

· 12:00: Marchers will assemble in the Capitol Parking lot on
the
North side of the Capitol Building. They will march East down
Washington to the east end of Wesley Bolin Park, South to Jefferson
and then West back to the Capitol.

· 1:00 Speakers will begin speaking. Speakers include:

· Neville Cramer

· Anna Gaines

· Buffalo Rick.

· Dr. Phranq D. Tamburri

· Jimbo with Riders Against Illegal Aliens will give us an
update
on our imprisoned border patrol agents

· 2:00: You have the opportunity to get up on stage and tell

legislators what you think in 2 minutes or less

· You will be able to sign Petitions for Ballot propositions to
be on
the ballot in the 2008 elections.

· We will have a limited supply of chairs. You may want to
