I heard that when you are a kid, you DONT get arthritis from cracking your knuckles and toes, ect. It's from other problems in the joints,

True---it doesn't cause arthritis, but EXCESSIVE cracking of the knuckles and toes can cause inflammation and in rare cases, dislocation.

(You must be pretty limber to crack your toes! I could only crack my knuckles as a kid!!)

True! One of my friend's dad is a doctor and we actually asked him this once. He said No you can't, but you can cause problems if you crack them a lot and it hurts when you crack them.

well my dads a doctor hey said that from cracking ur knuckles they will soon go away n u can get arthirites!!
