You should be able to replace it yourself, just remove the bolts holding it down from the door side and the fender side

I did it myself on my 1989. It's really not that hard. I had put a few pieces of wood underneath my door, so I could take the hinge off, and replace it with the new one.

best thing to do is go to the dealer and get a new hinge and then take that to a welding shop and get the welder dude to fix yo ride ---- I've never met a welder that was not helpful or considerate of even the smallest of problems --- and the best part is that you are going to make a new friend (trust me on this))) .............
