he knows he's pushing your buttons and when he whines, you prob give in. Right?? Stand your ground. Be firm with your actions but not mean. The first few times of saying no will drive you insane but stick with it. Before you know it, he'll move past the sippy cup.

He's a two-year old- that's his job. No method works for all babies...
why can't he have his cup? is he thirsty? is it a play toy?
logic won't work, but sometimes distraction does.

the used-car dealer's friend- bait and switch.
Cheer up- they stop whining about the time they marry.
