I don't know if there is whitening products for thighs but I do know there are bleaching creams you can use...but it might take a long time

maybe you meant getting an even skin tone because your thighs are darker.. in this case, skin lightening products will do the trick.. here's a good one with safe ingredients and are potent enough to show good results.. it worked really well for me -
