My wife is a good person with good values. She goes to church all of the time and she loves God. She told me when she was a little girl, she got sick one night and cried out to Jesus one night to help her and she said she looked up and saw an angel and soon after she felt better. Then when she was older, she went to sleep on the couch one night and looked up and saw the same angel she had seen 20 years earlier. Noe she is teling me she had a dream in which she saw Jesus and Jesus was telling her He would never leave nor forsake her. What do you make of this? No wise cracks or jokes, just your honest opinion

Thanks Hey Ray, I agree you. I believe her but just wanted to know what to think about it. I think it's pretty cool myself.

I know she does love the Lord and she is not at all crazy. Why would a person be considered crazy for that. I think we all have angels watching over us, but that's my own opinion. I think I am getting more athiest answers then from Christians

She is not mentally ill. She was a small child when this first happened. I dont thik she is crazy. What is crazy is how many people in here hate God.

Personal experience, eh? everyone has one, and there will always be a someone who will have the opposite of what you experience. Experiences can only be self verified

I believe it- I do not think she's crazy. I can't say that I have had exactly the same experiences or even one similar to the ones she has witnessed but- I have felt the presence of God and I do believe in guardian angels. I dreamed about Jesus once, it was almost a warning that my unsaved boyfriend(at the time) needed to get saved. I can't say He lied to me!

It is very possible that she did have these experiences. It is not out of the ordinary because for the believer, things in the spirit are more real than things in the natural. Although I have never seen angels, I know people who see them frequently. My Pastor has seen Jesus moving during one of our times of prayer..no definate facial features because the Bible says that we haven't seen His actual face...but His form. Jesus is manifesting himself to believers..meaning He actually can at times come and fellowship with us. So I hope this makes sense..but it is not unusal for a believer.

I believe all of it, I have had some of the same experiences
God sends Angels to us and Jesus comes when he wants
God is so good to us all the time
I thank you for that post
May the Lord Bless you and Keep you and your wife

I'm not sure if you want a real answer. Or if you just want to hear that she's having a real spiritual experience.

Personally, I believe she may be going to church, reading her bible and studying too much. She may have a very suggestive personality, and will hallucinate or dream in this context.

I would seek psychological assistance, to ascertain if she may have an underlying mental health condition, or just a really good imagination.

Her "visions" and "dreams" appear to give her peace, but keep an eye on it. If she really goes overboard, or these visions start telling her to do strange things, that are not ordinary for her. Definitely get her help!

Does schizophrenia run in her family? You might want to make sure she isn't having a psychotic episode, especially if she is around children. Good people who go to church all of the time can have mental illness too...

Your wife has a wonderfully active imagination. There is nothing wrong with that, but these experiences are most likely dreams with no special meaning.

My honest opinon is she is either lying to you, or suffers from hallucinations.

What makes your wife so special that god would visit her personally and yet allow MILLIONS of christian children to starve to death throughout the world?

Well, maybe she was struggling and that would be what she would need to get her faith reassured. I don't know. I don't want to say anything ignorant or foolish.
