how do u get an ex to leave you alone. We broke up 5 months ago and once called my parents and told them all this bad stuff about me. Now he is threatening to do it again if I do not go back with him....I do not want to go back to this, but I do not want my family involved. How can I tell him to back off without him threatning me????

He already called your parents, right? So what more could he have to say about you now? I
Myself I'd sit down with my parents and tell them that Crazy Ex has been threaten you to try and "win" you back.... and that whatever he says is just crap.
Once the threat is removed... he won't have anything to threaten you with, right?
However, I'd also say that you might want to make sure you keep your eyes open for awhile. This guy doesn't sound completely in touch with reality, you know?

File a restraining order. Also you will want to let your family know so they are informed about this situation. nothing worse than some psycho ex showing up at your parents house. This al will create a record so if something does happen they know the first person to suspect.

Well obviously dont give in to him. Just by him threatnenign to tell your parents bad stuff about you should give you a clear cut sign he's no good. If I were you I'd talk to your parents and tell them thats he's upset you dumped him and that he's already threatened to spread **** about you to them. And if he continues to harass you or your parents you may have to get the police involved.

Get a restraining order against him. You already told him once to stay away, and he hasn't respected your wishes. If he is calling you block his number, or change your number. If he is threatening your verbally, you may want to record it first.

Tell him that if he doesn't stop you're gonna get a restraining order. And then if he doesn't stop get a restraining order on him. Then when he calls the house call the police and have him arrested.

Call and him and tell him straight out to leave you and your family alone...no calls, tms, emails or visits. If he can not honor your wishes, then tell him you will have to get a restraining order and do it!

Hi..Call the phone company.. Give them his number, and see if you can block him from calling..Tell the phone company that he's harassing your family and threatening you..and see what they can do to help you! Good Luck!
