Help interpreting a celtic cross spread?

I am possibly about to start a new job and feeling a little confused about a few things in...in order received:
10 of swords
10 of pentacles
3 of wands
the high priestess
6 of swords
king of pentacles
temperance
7 of swords
justice
9 of cups
Any help would be greatly appreciated....thank you and best of luck to all.

Presuming that you followed the traditional layout:

Cover/Current Situation - 10 of swords - An irrevocable ending. (Well, if you're leaving an old job for a new one, this is pretty appropriate.)

Cross/Obstacles - 10 of pentacles - Prosperity and security (are you taking the new job because of money issues?)

Above/Highest hopes - 3 of wands - Progress, a dream that can become real.

Below/Foundation - the high priestess - Knowledge of new ideas (which dovetails nicely with the Above card - the knowledge of the HPS combines with the high hopes and progress of the 3W)

Behind/Recent past - 6 of swords - Moving on and leaving difficulties behind (this seems to tie in with the 10S in the "Current" position)

Before/Immediate future - king of pentacles - Financial and material success, possibly a person you know or will meet who will have new ideas to help attain it. (Possibly the new boss?)

Personal position (self) - temperance - Trying to find the balance or a way to blend ideas; a re-evaluation of the old and new. (Are you unsure that the new job is the way to go, or will it have different demands on your life that you're trying to find how to integrate it - different hours, different responsibilities, etc?)

Environment (others) - 7 of swords - Trust issues and dishonesty. (Are the other people in your life with regards to your job who are badmouthing you, or is there animosity over starting the new position?)

Hopes/fears - justice - Concerns about doing what is right and fair. (Are you second-guessing yourself, maybe because of the opinions of others in the previous card?)

Likely outcome - 9 of cups - the Wish Card, happiness, desires fulfilled (A very positive card to have in this position, I think!!!)


Overall, the feeling that I get is that the new job will be successful for you, even though you're uncertain right now about whether or not it will work out. There may be people either in your family or in your workplace who for whatever reason (jealousy?) are trying to "take you down", but ultimately it looks to me like success is on the horizon.
